Benefits of Chamber Membership for Your Business —

Insurance —
The Chamber is a member of the Southwestern Ohio Chamber Alliance so we are able to provide many of the same benefits for our members that larger, more established Chambers can offer. Also benefits from Liberty Mutual, Total Vision, and Aflac.

Networking —
Networking is an important part of any Chamber of Commerce. All Chamber members present at meetings make a brief introduction to the other members present of themselves and their businesses at each of our events in order to make useful contacts for new clients or new suppliers.

Business-After-Hours —
Bussiness-After-Hours meetings give us an opportunity to talk with other members and to volunteer for Chamber projects so we can make the best use of an opportunity to meet and get to know other members. It also gives members an opportunity to host meetings. We would also remind members to bring their marketing material to the BAH meetings for members to pick up on the marketing table.

Newsletter —
Any member can have an article published in our Newsletter with a full color photo. The article gives member companies an opportunity for free publicity about their business or an introduction of a new product, service or location.

Web Site —
One of the things we are planning for 2006 is to get members more involved in the web site. We are encouraging members to both contribute information to the web site as well as go to the web site for information, possible new clients and new suppliers.

Member-to-Member Discounts —
Another thing the board is encouraging members to consider in 2006 is to offer a Member-to-Member discount. We now are sending our membership cards when people renew their membership, so it will be easy to offer other members a discount and check to see that they are a member. This is a great way for any business to encourage other members to try out a new business.

Business Information —
We are providing business information by having business speakers at several of our meetings each year as well as business roundtables a various times with knowledgeable facilitators.
