Jan/Feb Newsletter for Feb Business-After-Hours Deadline is Dec 15Mar/Ap Newsletter for Ap BAH Deadline is Feb 15

July/Aug Newsletter for Aug BAH Deadline is June 15

Newsletter Guidelines:
Text -- The article text around 200 to 250 words long works the best in the format, although I can go up to 300 words if you have more interesting things to say.The most interesting articles submitted (and the ones with the most readership) are in some way educational to the reader with a brief promotional paragraph at the end informing the reader how you can benefit them. But you are free to write your article any way you choose.
I also like to see articles that include news about your business — a new product, new service, new location, etc. Something you might send to the news media in a P.R. article.
Be sure to include any discounts you offer to Eastern Area Chamber of Commerce members, your company and contact names, address, phone number, web URL, and email address.
1 or 2 Photos -- The best article photos show 1, 2, or 3 people doing something related to their work instead of just standing there looking at the camera! They are emailed to me with the article as a jpg attachment that is 300 dpi at 4 - 6 inches wide. I can use smaller photos if that is all that you can do with your digital camera, but that resolution at that size is the best for me. -- Susan Slaughter, Newsletter/Web Design (513) 271 - 4687
